For over 24 years, fitness has been more than a hobby for me, it’s been a personal journey of discipline, rebuilding, education, trial and error, and transformation.
I didn’t arrive here through shortcuts or perfection. I built my knowledge through years of real-life experience, personal challenges, continuous learning, and a deep passion for understanding how the body and mind work together to create lasting change.
As a former medical professional, now wellness coach, and personal trainer, I’ve combined science-backed education with practical, sustainable strategies that help real people create real results. Over the years, my approach has evolved from simply chasing aesthetics to prioritizing strength, recovery, longevity, mindset, and overall wellness.
My passion is helping others build confidence, resilience, and sustainable habits through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching that fits real life not temporary extremes.
